Our Screening Process

• We carefully interview each nanny and applicant, verify the references and provide you with them so that you may speak to them. We reject over 50% of nannies for phony references and other reasons.

• Each nanny will be a Trustline Child Abuse Registry applicant at the time of placement. Trustline does a statewide background check using fingerprints and also submits fingerprints to the FBI.

• We send each nanny and caregiver to CPR.

• We do a criminal background check on all counties the nanny or candidate has lived in for the past seven years, a driving report and use credit records to find out where she has lived.

Nanny and Nanny/Housekeeper Salaries
Nannies' salaries range from $400 to $700 per week. Please call for salaries of other categories of help.

Our Fees & Replacement Guarantee
Our fee is 12% of the annual salary. There is an additional fee of $130 for Trustline and the FBI search, if there is childcare involved. We guarantee that should your nanny leave, or be terminated, within four months after being hired, that we will provide you with a qualified replacement employee free of charge.
